Here are the specs from Samsung Africa, with charging and display details from Samsung’s European launch. *Specs come from each maker’s official spec page (Tecno Ghana’s pages for Tecno phones, which list the versions sold here). AMOLED gives deeper blacks and better sunlight visibility than the LCD on the Galaxy A07\. Gorilla Glass 3 protects the front. ## Performance The Exynos 1610 is a new Samsung chip with two cores at 2.2GHz and six at 2GHz. Early details are limited, but it is aimed at the same class as the Helio G99/G100 chips. With 4GB of RAM it handles everyday apps well; it is not a gaming phone. ## Cameras A 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro, plus a 13MP selfie camera. The ultra-wide is a useful addition over the A07 for group photos. ## Battery and charging 5,000mAh with 25W charging; Samsung says about 50% in 30 minutes at launch. No wireless charging. ## Durability Galaxy A18 (IP64) is dust-tight and protects against splashes and rain. Treat it as protection against accidents, not permission to swim with it. ## Software and extras One UI with Circle to Search and some Galaxy AI tools.
