# MTN, Telecel and AT customer care numbers and contacts

When something goes wrong with your line, data or MoMo, you want the real customer care, not a scammer pretending to be one. These contacts come from the networks’ own websites and help pages.

## Get help faster

- Have your Ghana Card and the affected number ready.
- For transactions, note the transaction ID, amount, date and time.
- Keep your ticket or reference number and quote it when you follow up.
- If the network does not resolve a service problem, you can complain to the National Communications Authority.

**Beware fake support.** Scammers create “customer care” pages and comment under the networks’ posts. Real staff will never ask for your PIN, OTP or to send money to “unblock” anything.
